Current research and development activities at Farineh requires high-quality personnel, among which talented software engineers and programmers occupy a special position. Depending on launched projects and/or Strategic Business Units, Farineh recruits a number of specialists in the areas of software and hardware engineering.

Most of the employees are full-time graduate engineers entering the profession. Some are part-time senior undergraduate students looking for prospective career opportunities, while completing their thesis work. On the other hand, some positions require more qualified and experienced engineers capable of managing the design and production phases. Also, many M.S. students work on their thesis in conjunction with the company.
